Interesting, bizarre, awe-some, and whacky are the words that come to mind when human creativity is analyzed. Automobile is not only a very innovative and helpful discovery, but its also a platform for displaying the extreme capabilities of human imagination. Following are 20 cars featured, some seem to be from outer space, some seem straight from some sci-fi movie, some are even vintage and the main feature in spotlight is that they all have different styled doors for entry! Bertone Pandion

At the Geneva show 2010, One got to see one of the weirdest looking extremely large doors of Bertone`s pandion. This car exhibited, with Alfa romeo badges, huge doors with big rear -hinged scissor items, which extended the length of the car quite a bit more.

BMW Z1

When BMW launched its Z1 in 1989, it shed its image of not experimenting too much with its model. The doors which can move down into the tall sills, BMW gave its car doors a new meaning which was inspired by classic roadsters with sidescreens.As this feature cannot be found out in many cars, one can drive the car with the doors down also.

Bond Bug

Entry in this 1970 manufactured stylish car was quite stylish for its users as the whole roof top moved forward and one can also get in by elevating the side screens as the entry was made even easier and stylish.

Ford Evos

This highly illogical yet eccentrically attractive design which has quadruple scissor gullwings ,stands no chance to be re -manufactured but the company has not ruled out the possibility of remaking it with much more conventional doors.

Futura

It is one of the few cars one can get in from the front by opening the windscreen up to the side and scramble in as the amazingly stylish UK sports car manufactured in 1971 has the design which no other car can claim of.

Holden Hurricane

The GM car, manufactured in 1969, has a different concept as it comprises of an electric canopy which moves forwards for entry and at the same time it takes the steering along with it which is quite different from most of its conventional brands.

Isetta

This design had just one door in front which allowed its passengers to enter and exit in the car by sliding up and away respectively. It set the new trend and was quite a hit among car lovers which was manufactured was BMW. Another different style from the conventional car makers.

Koenigsegg Agera

Swedish supercar supremo Koenigsegg has a remarkable door system, which opens towards the outside, it then swivels. This car has the design which will stop you parking next to kerbs. Koenigsegg calls it ‘dihedral synchro-helix’ but the ‘raptor’ door suits it more.

Loremo

Loremo with its oddest two-door 2+2 takes the front passengers in by tipping the front of the car forwards and rear-facing passengers get in through the rear hatchback. This car has covered the market because of its stylish cum comfort doors.

Mohs Ostentatienne Opera Sedan

The Mohs Ostentatienne Opera Sedan was a ‘safety’ car with a single rear door that makes it one of the strangest cars ever made. Opening it up took part of the roof with it and revealed a staircase to climb up into it. Therefore, it is also known as super car.

Murray T25

Murray T25 is the latest project of Gordon Murray’s, the Legendary McLaren designer. It has an entry system with a single door in the front that opens upwards and makes getting into car in tight parking spots much easier.

Nova

British designer Richard Oakes has designed a car with a canopy that rose up and forwards on struts. Nova is known for its beauty, since 1970. And now the new concept car has also gained a lot of popularity due to its stylish entry system.

Peugeot 1007

Peugeot 1007 was a car with one of the finest entry system with only sliding doors. It has two electric doors on both sides that slide back for entry. It was a good car but not for cold morning when the electric motor took time to wake up.

Peugeot EX1

In this new concept car, Peugeot EX1 entry system is very strange as each of the rear-hinged doors contains a seat that opens up as one piece. So, when you will be seated your legs automatically stick out horizontally forwards.

Peugeot Moovie

Portuguese stylist, André Costa designed the Moovie in 2005. Peugeot’s Moovie was taken around many auto shows to display its odd concept. The Moovie featured circular ‘swivel’ doors which rotate and slide along the side of the car for entrance.

Probe

Dennis Adams, styled the Marcos sports car – went way off in making the Probe as low off the ground as possible. The only way of getting the car was figured out by the roof! The roof slides back, then you step in through the top of the car straight in to it. Stanley Kubrick featured the Probe in his movie Clockwork Orange, as it really impressed him.

Sbarro Two For One

The 2011 Geneva Show saw the Swidd desinger Franco Sbarro surpassing himself yet again with the new Two-For-One Concept Car. The roof is Jetsons-style and seems to be made of a recycled Perspex telephone kiosk. The rear half of it rotates forward to get you in.

Smart Cross blade

The beach buggies from the 1960s just landed in again! The Smart was reinvented form of it with its daft Cross blade in 2002. For entrance, merely a bar was fitted that hinged upwards and what it really protected was never clear as such. So there was practically no door!

Yo-Concept

Russian company Yo-Auto has a very bizarre Yo-Concept. Sighted at the 2011 Frankfurt show, The Yo-concept’s doors slide back like a bird spreads its wings. Quite interesting and stylish it is, especially for the rest of the style of the body of the car.

Vauxhall EN-V

Future movie theatre seat or car? It is indeed a strange vision of transport facility of 2030. As for the entry, the whole top of the car pivots up, and the car sort of leans forward to help you step in and out. Might sounds alienistic but Vauxhall is seriously planning to put this in to production and make it a reality amongst automobile crowd.
